Hindustan Aeronautics Limited invites applications for the following posts :

1. Dy. General Manager/ Chief Manager (Legal) (Gr VII/VI) – 01 UR

Responsibilities : The Candidate shall be Head of Legal Functions at Corporate level. The Candidate should have knowledge/ Exposure to all legal activities and should be conversant with laws. The position will require the candidate to possess leadership qualities and decision making capabilities coupled with excellent communication skills.

Qualification : Full time Graduate in Law from a recognised Institution / University (3 Years Degree or 5 Years Integrated Degree), preferably with a Post – Graduate Degree in Law

Experience : 13 to 16 years of experience in Govt./ Public/Private Sector Organisations/ Law firms or Practice as an Advocate either as Associate Partner of a Legal Firm or independent Practice.

Pay Scale : Rs.2900-58000/- for Candidates with 13 years Experience ; Rs.36600-62000/- for candidates with 16 years Experience

Age Limit : 48 years as on 01 – 06 – 2012

2. Sr. Manager/ Manager (Legal) (Gr V/ IV) – 01 UR

Responsibilities : The Candidate should have experience of all legal functions and should be conversant with laws.

Qualification : Full time Graduate in Law from a recognised Institution / University (3 Years Degree or 5 Years Integrated Degree), preferably with a Post – Graduate Degree in Law.

Experience : 10/7 years of experience in Govt./ Public/ Private Sector Organisations/ Law firms or Practice as an Advocate either as Associate Partner of a Legal Firm or independent Practice.

Pay Scale : Rs.29100-54500/- for Candidates with 10 yrs Experience ; Rs.24900-50500/- for candidates with 7 years Experience

Age Limit : 45 years as on 01 – 06 – 2012

3. Dy. Manager/ Officer (Legal) (Gr III/II) – 01 UR

Responsibilities: The Candidate should have experience of all legal functions and should be conversant with laws.

Qualification : Full time Graduate in Law from a recognised Institution / University (3 Years Degree or 5 Years Integrated Degree), preferably with a Post – Graduate Degree in Law.

Experience : 4/3 years of experience in Govt./ Public/Private Sector Organisations/ Law firms or Practice as an Advocate either as Associate Partner of a Legal Firm or independent Practice.

Pay Scale : Rs.20600-46500/- for Candidates with 4 years Experience and Rs.16400 – 40500/- for candidates with 3 years Experience

Age Limit : 45 yrs for Candidates with 4 yrs Experience and 40 yrs for Candidates with 3 yrs experience

4. Officer (Corporate Communications) (Gr II) – 01 UR

Responsibilities: The Candidate will be a part of the Corporate Media Communications Team and should be adept in using all forms of media and communications.

Qualification : Degree in any discipline with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communications/ Public Relations from a recognised Institute/ University (Two years full time/ three years part time/ correspondence)

Experience : 3 years of Post Professional Qualification experience in the field of copy editing/ journalism/ mass communications/ public relations in print and/ or electronic media in reputed publication house/ print media/ Govt./Public/ Private Sector Organisations

Essential : Proof of published, creative work including features, bringing out corporate publications such as Annual Reports, Brochures, Newsletters, Corporate Presentations to be produced at the time of interview. DTP knowledge is must.

Pay Scale : Rs.16400 – 40500/-

Age Limit : 40 years as on 01 – 06 – 2012

Remuneration: Candidates will be appointed in the scale of pay as indicated above.  Besides Basic Pay, appointed candidates will be eligible for Variable DA, Company Accommodation /HRA, PF, Gratuity & Performance related pay (PRP) etc.
